Process
You have never completed coaching and are wondering how the whole thing works. Well, every coaching process is as individual as the person and their situation it is about, but it usually works like this:
1. Exploration - We explore and look at your situation together.
2. Goal definition - We find and define the goal of the coaching.
3. Process work - We work towards this goal using various methods and/or in a conversational manner.
4. Action - If necessary, we draw up a timeline and action plan with milestones.
5. Accompaniment - If you want, I can accompany you in the implementation, if necessary at longer intervals.
6. Evaluation and long-term planning - We look at the process again and plan, possibly beyond the coaching period.
First, we conduct a non-binding preliminary talk online or in person, free of charge for you. Here we get to know each other, see if we can work together, and analyze the topic in more detail. Then you can think about it in peace and decide.
If you opt for coaching, we meet for appointments of usually 1.5 hours and work on your topic in a concentrated manner. If necessary, you will also receive “homework” for your own further work at home. It is difficult to say in general how long a coaching session lasts. Sometimes the most important thing can be solved in an hour. Sometimes it makes sense to meet more often, if necessary at longer intervals so that you have enough time between meetings to work on your projects.
